Charity Partnerships
The Warrnambool laneway Bar has proudly partnered with a new charity each year it operates, donating all money raised from selected 'charity nights' to the local cause, as well as providing a valuable platform for charities to educate and engage the community on their cause.
Warrnambool & District Food Share
Our most recent charity event donated $6,448 to Warrnambool & District foodshare. A charity organization that sources and donates in excess of 5,000 food hampers to over 12,000 households in need every year.
Find Your Voice All Abilities Choir
Our 2018/19 charity night donated $2,500 to the Find your Voice all abilities choir. The Choir is an all inclusive group, that has since gone onto sold out shows throughout Victoria, including an appearance on Australian's Got Talent.
Standing Tall
Our 2017/18 charity night with 'Standing Tall in Warrnambool' raised $6,100. Standing tall is a school based mentoring system that places role models with high school students to help them through their schooling years.
St John Of God 'Let's Talk'
The St John Of God 'Let's Talk' Campaign aims to reduce stigma around mental health and encourages early intervention, through presentations at local schools and sporting clubs.
The Laneway Bar partnered with Let's Talk in 2017 and raised over $7,000 through the generosity of the Warrnambool community.

Leila Rose Chow Foundation
The Leila Rose Chow Foundation is dedicated to assisting families affected by Rare Childhood Cancer. The Laneway Bar partnered with the foundation on the opening night of the 2016 Summer, raising over $8,000. More information can be found about the foundation at their website:
Peter's Project
Peter’s Project’s inception was on 15th September, 2008, when local man Peter Jellie, aged 49, passed away from Oesophageal cancer. Peter's Project has raised 30 million dollars to build a state-of-the-art radiotherapy and integrated cancer centre in Warrnambool. The Laneway Bar partnered with the Peter's Project in the 2014 Summer, donating all profits from the opening night, and 20% of profits from any following nights to the cause.
